Order Cancellation Terms

Standard Orders

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, the following terms apply:

Within 48 Hours of Order Confirmation

FREE Cancellation:

• No cancellation fee will be charged

• Full refund of any payments made

• Order must be cancelled within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation

How to Cancel:

1. Contact us immediately via email or phone

2. Provide your order number

3. Confirm your cancellation request

4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

After 48 Hours of Order Confirmation

50% Cancellation Fee:

• A cancellation fee of 50% of the product value will be charged

• Remaining 50% will be refunded

• This applies to all standard orders cancelled after the 48-hour window

Why This Fee? After 48 hours, we have typically begun:

• Sourcing and purchasing materials specifically for your order

• Planning production schedules

• Coordinating with our design and tailoring teams

• Allocating resources that cannot be easily reassigned

Rush Orders (Expedited Production)

Definition of Rush Orders

Rush orders are those that:

• Require expedited production timelines

• Must begin immediately after order confirmation

• Have urgent delivery deadlines

• Require immediate material procurement and production start

Cancellation Terms for Rush Orders

Non-Cancellable:

• Rush orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

• If cancellation is requested, a 100% cancellation fee applies (no refund)

Why This Policy? Rush orders require:

• Immediate material purchase at potentially premium rates

• Disruption of regular production schedules

• Allocation of priority resources and labor

• Expedited shipping arrangements

• Commitment of our team's full attention

Identifying Rush Orders: You will be clearly informed if your order qualifies as a "rush order" at the time of consultation and order confirmation.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation

• Bank processing times may vary (3-10 additional business days)

Refund Calculation:

• Full amount minus any applicable cancellation fees

• Transaction fees may not be refundable (depends on payment method)

Understanding Your Order Status

To determine cancellation fees, we calculate time from your order confirmation, not from initial inquiry or consultation.

Order Confirmation Occurs When:

• You have approved the final design and specifications

• You have provided all necessary measurements

• You have made the required deposit or full payment

• We have sent you an official order confirmation

Partial Cancellations

If you wish to cancel only part of a multi-item order:

• The same cancellation terms apply to each cancelled item

• Remaining items will proceed as ordered

• We will recalculate the total order value accordingly

Modifications vs. Cancellations

Need to Make Changes Instead?

Before cancelling your order, consider whether modifications might better suit your needs:

• Small design changes may be possible before production begins

• Timeline adjustments may be available (subject to our schedule)

• Color or material changes may be accommodated early in the process
