Pre-Production Changes:
Before placing your order, our team will provide clear consultation and answer all your questions
After order confirmation, you may request changes to certain details of your garment before we begin preparing materials
Once the product has been cut or is in the embellishment/finishing stage, modifications cannot be accommodated
However, we will make every effort to accommodate changes when possible, depending on the specific circumstances of each case
FREE Alterations for Wedding Dresses: We offer complimentary fitting adjustments (taking in or letting out) for wedding dresses to ensure a perfect fit for your special day.
Important Conditions:
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (domestic and international) required to send the dress back to us for alterations
Customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply
All shipping and customs costs must be paid in full before we proceed with alterations
Alterations must be requested within 7 business days from the delivery date
How to Request Alterations:
Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order
Arrange shipping of the dress back to us
Cover all associated shipping and customs costs
We will perform the necessary adjustments at no charge for fitting issues
Return shipping costs will be communicated separately
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, if your wedding dress or any product has manufacturing defects or quality issues, please contact us within 7 business days from the delivery date for support.
