Production & Processing Time

Custom Wedding Dress Creation

Please note: All our wedding dresses are custom-made to your exact measurements and specifications.

Production Time: 20-30 days

• Each wedding dress requires 20-30 days to complete from order confirmation

• This timeframe includes design finalization, material sourcing, cutting, sewing, and embellishment

• Production time does NOT include shipping time

• Rush orders may be available with additional fees (please contact us to inquire)

Planning Your Order:

• Place your order at least 30-45 days before your wedding date (including shipping time)

• For international orders, allow an additional 7-10 days for shipping and customs clearance

• We recommend ordering 60+ days in advance for peace of mind

Package Dimensions & Weight Calculation

International air courier services calculate shipping costs based on either actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

Volumetric Weight Formula:

Domestic Shipping:

Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 6000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)

International Shipping:

Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)

How It Works:

1. We measure your package dimensions (length, width, height in centimeters)

2. We calculate the volumetric weight using the formula above

3. We weigh the actual package

4. The larger of the two weights is used to calculate shipping costs

5. The weight is rounded up to the nearest whole kilogram

Example:

Package dimensions: 50cm × 40cm × 30cm
Actual weight: 2kg

Volumetric weight calculation (international):
50 × 40 × 30 ÷ 5000 = 12kg

Chargeable weight: 12kg (volumetric weight is higher)

This is why wedding dresses, despite being lightweight, may have higher shipping costs due to their packaging size.

Order Tracking

Domestic Orders:

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

• Track your package through the carrier's website or app

• We will notify you of any delivery updates

International Orders:

• Full tracking information provided for all international shipments

• Track through the courier's international tracking system

• We monitor shipments and will contact you if any issues arise

• Expect regular updates until delivery confirmation

Important Shipping Information

Before Your Order Ships:

If You're Not Home:

Domestic Deliveries:

Shipping Address Changes
